had my quattro 3 years now and backup was totally useless after using my own machine ,pft and m tec i can honestly say aprt from a few minor things. example water connection on machine being plastic not brass and located to far into the machine body.in my opinnion the quattro is a good machine but lewis britain let utiform down big style.so i hope he has f***k all to do with utiform now.

Apology accepted. Yes, I can well understand that it must have been VERY frustrating not to be able to get after-support and service. I can't comment because I don't know about any history between you. But I can say I think you'll find things VERY different now.
