Hi Scott,

I just want to say a big thanks for coming out on site last week and helping me out with our constant set up problems. Its really good to see a company who wants to take the time and effort to help someone rather than wanting to make us much money out of them as they can and in the shortest time possible. And thats the experience that I've been sort of used to so it's a welcoming change! As I said last week, my lads have been working with me for just over two years. And you've changed them!! Now they're arriving, getting set up and getting it on the wall without those constant little hold-ups and so called "machine" problems. Again, many thanks.

Andy

No probs. You're welcome. After two full days last week of hand-holding, there aren't really any excuses left for your guys to get it wrong now. So if Mart continues to f*** up at that ever-important set up stage every morning, then ... well, you know what you need to do. Because he's obviously doing it on purpose, or he doesn't have the level of intelligence required to follow simple instructions whilst understanding the 'reasons' behind them. And if he would just stay a bit more aware and 'listen' to the machine while its pumping that's obviously gonna be a great help. A monkey operative on the machine isn't going to spot when something isn't quite right, which could then mean escalating into a bigger problem. But I reckon he's smart enough and did seem to be a bit more on the ball on the second day, so we'll see.

Anyway, good luck with it Andy.
